Hi, all you cycling guys and gals,
Most of you remember our monthly meetings at The Pink Cow in Roppongi. We’d gather to lift a glass or two and chat about all things bicycle. And the real draw was Chef Andy’s hearty home cooking, notably his burritos.
That Cow has closed now, and a smaller one opened in Akasaka. It’s too small to employ a full-time chef, but Andy’s coming in especially for us on May 8th, Wednesday of next week.
I’m hoping we can get enough people to show up to justify this command appearance by the amiable Auzzie master chef.
We’ll start rolling in at about 7:00 and stay until about 10:00.
