A couple of rides for Saturday. Maybe Odaiba on Sunday, depending on the weather. Nothing for Monday yet, although that looks like the day with the best weather forecast at the moment. Let me know if you can lead a ride!

Saturday 13 July: Arakawa / KSP (Matt)
50 km. Go through Tokyo to the Arakawa. Then downstream to Tokyo Bay before crossing over to Kasai Seaside Park and around to Odaiba. Return to Grand Hyatt around 2pm.
Intermediate ride, easy pace.

N.B. I’m assuming this ride is for Saturday - Matt didn’t actually say in his message, or confirm by the time this message went to press. If it turns out to be for another day, I’ll send a correction.
Saturday 13 July: Yabitsu plus plus! (Akira & Peter)
Isehara to Hadano, with some diversions (Nigakubo rindō and Yakushi rindō) from the obvious route:
https://ridewithgps.com/routes/30530102?beta=false (about 69 km and about 1800 metres of climbing).
We'll set off from the north exit of Isehara station (Odakyū Odawara line) at 09:00. We'll aim to have a late lunch at Kimagure (near the top of Yabitsu).
It may drizzle a little at times. The road surfaces shouldn't be too bad; but in view of the descents, the combination of rim brakes and carbon fibre rims isn't recommended.
Brains and muscle: Akira Kihara. Scrivener and lanterne rouge: Peter Evans peter.evans.somewhere@PROTECTED
Sunday 14 July: TENTATIVE Odaiba Beginners' (Mike)
If the weather forecast improves for Sunday lunchtime, I’ll lead our time-honored beginners’ route to the magical island in the Bay.
Meet in front of the Grand Hyatt in Roppongi Hills at 11.00. Thirty kilometers out and back at an easy pace with time for a beer or so. Back by 2.00 p.m.
