Whereas:

1. The physical, mental and immunological benefits of exercise are undeniable
2. Sunlight kills viruses
3. It’s boring biking alone

I think we can partially resume our weekend rides, with the following restrictions:

The rides will include NO rest stops, NO convenience stores, NO trains and saddest of all, NO post-ride pubs.

Way it’s gotta be

Face masks will be used at all times.
When stopped, keep a two-meter distance.
Any socialising/chatting will be done while riding.

A few of us rode last weekend and it was a good thing to do. I’ll head out to Odaiba tomorrow (Thursday) and again on Saturday.

Any ride ideas and/or comments welcome. Most of next week through Wednesday is holiday. I’ll be sending out more ride notices as they come in.

Thursday AND Saturday Odaiba Beginners’

Start at the Grand Hyatt in Roppongi Hills at 11:00 a.m. for a non-stop 30-km ride out to the island in the Bay. Back by about 1:00.

Caution and courage
