…is how you’ll have to ride if you go out on the trails on Saturday. Mid-day should be dry, but only until early afternoon, and even this less-than-optimistic forecast may change before tomorrow. So no Saturday ride from me. Sunday, however, I’ll do a run out to Jonan Jima, with perhaps a little loop before we get to the conbini to add a few Ks to the total.
Monday is a holiday, so if anyone wants to organize a ride, let me know soonest.
Masks up, please, at meet-up spots and stores, etc. Otherwise optional while riding. Bring proof of vaccination and an eco-bag to avoid adding more plastic bags to our environment.
Sunday Jonan Jima Plus
Start at the Grand Hyatt in Roppongi Hills at 11:00 a.m. for an easy ride of about 35k to a little beach park across from Haneda Airport. We’ll add a loop near the destination that will take us to another little park very close to Runway #1, which is cool if the planes are landing in that direction. Back by 2:00 or 2:30. (Tama River troupe: we’ll get to Jonan at about 1:00.)
