REMINDER
That tomorrow, the 8th, is the second Wednesday of the month and thus the time when all good Half-Fasters descend upon The Pink Cow, a funky little art bar in Akasaka that serves up excellent Tex-Mex grub, to talk about all things bicycle and to see what we all look like without the lycra, goggles and helmets. https://www.thepinkcow.com/
This month the topic on everyone’s minds is the new set of bicycle rules for Japan. Some are common sense, some virtually unenforceable, some comically quaint and a few just WTF.
There’s an amusingly illustrated list below that you can print out and bring along.
