IT LOOKS LIKE*…Sunday will be the wet one this weekend, at least as of this writing. The forecast may improve, but right now it looks too iffy to plan a ride. So Saturday it is. This time I’d like to propose a hybrid ride, using parts of the Kasai Rinkai run and the old standard Odaiba ride. Also, I’m off to the USA next weekend. BETWEEN*THE*RAINSTORMS*Getting a break this weekend from a wet April. The usual Odaiba run on Saturday (14 degrees but cloudy). Saturday’s*…going to be 12 degrees and partly cloudy, Sunday a bit warmer at 15 but mostly cloudy. Not much wind either day. THEY’RE*HEEERE!*The blossoms, of course. And while Saturday is looking dampish and windy, some forecasters are saying Sunday’s temps may hit 23 degrees, with little wind. Between*the*Raindrops*…is how you’ll have to ride if you go out on the trails on Saturday. Mid-day should be dry, but only until early afternoon, and even this less-than-optimistic forecast may change before tomorrow. So no Saturday ride from me.
