The high will be about 13, and this wind will finally ease up. Start at the Grand Hyatt in Roppongi Hills at 11:00 a,m, *sharp*, back by 2:00, distance 30 km. Saturday*…at 12 degrees, little to moderate wind and very sunny, looks like the day to ride this weekend. (Sunday will be a bit cooler and a lot cloudier.) RAIN *ALL *DAY*…is the forecast for Sunday. And Saturday, with a high of 9 degrees and cloud, and some maybe-showers, would not make for a fun bike ride.
