A note to let you know that Paul Barry, our most stalwart of Half-Fast stalwarts, has been diagnosed to have a serious disease. He will probably go under the knife some time in October, and hopes to be riding again early next year. I’ll keep you updated on his situation and provide any details he wishes to be shared. Hello bikers,Well, it was rather hot last weekend and I was running out of stamina towards the end of our short Koremasabashi ride, so for this weekend I'm going to keep out of the heat.
